Doctor of Physical Therapy / Department Supervisor

Marissa Servello, DPT is a New Jersey-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Head Physical Therapist at Paramus Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center since joining our team in 2008. Dr. Sevello is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training and Arcadia University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. NATABOC-certified as an Athletic Trainer in New Jersey, Dr. Servello has clinical experience from the Drayer Institute of Physical Therapy, Morristown Memorial Hospital and St. Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center; perfecting her PT approach before joining us here in Paramus.

Dr. Servello has more than just a background in treating sports injuries, she’s also a former Division I softball player; receiving a scholarship to play for Stony Brook, where she was named an NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete.
