Dr. Servello is a New Jersey-Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Supervisor of the Physical Therapy Department at Paramus Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center. She has been with our team since 2008.
Dr. Servello earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Stony Brook University, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Arcadia University. Nationally certified (NATABOC) as an Athletic Trainer in New Jersey, Dr. Servello has extensive clinical experience in Sports Medicine as well as Physical Therapy.
While completing her Doctorate, Dr. Servello worked at the collegiate level as an Athletic Trainer. Her experiences also include treating NFL Players, Professional Kettlebellers, and high school and collegiate athletes at all levels.
Dr. Servello has a certification related to nutrition and abundant coursework in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports injuries. She obtained a certification related to the evaluation and treatment of golf injuries through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Additionally, Dr. Servello is certified in SFMA, a movement based diagnostic system.
Dr. Servello has more than just a background in treating sports injuries, she is an athlete herself. As a former Division I Softball player, she received a scholarship to play for Stony Brook University, where she was named an NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete.
